KAMLOOPS – RCMP investigators are looking for information regarding a break and enter at a downtown parkade the evening of Oct. 19.
Cpl. Cheryl Bush says the break-in at the Fifth Avenue parkade happened sometime overnight. The suspect or suspects duct-taped and sprayed an oil-like substance on the surveillance cameras, she says.
"The computer that contained the video surveillance was also stolen from the premise. There were vehicles and storage lockers entered, with at least one bike and a Homelite chainsaw being taken,” she says in a release.
