UPDATE: Kelowna teen found safe and sound

UPDATE: A Kelowna teenager reported missing has been located. The RCMP say the 15-year-old boy is safe and sound.

KELOWNA – A 15-year-old teenager is missing and the RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to find him.

Dennis Wagner left his home in the Ellison area of Kelowna early morning on Wed., July 9, 2014.

Wagner has a history of leaving home, Const. Kris Clark says in a media release.

“This extended absence carries safety concerns for a youth of his age,” Clark says. “Police and his family are eager to locate him.”

Wagner is 6 feet tall, 160 lbs with a thin build, black curly hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a yellow baseball cap, a black leather coat, no shirt and red shows.

Anyone with information regarding Wagner’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300.
