ABBOTSFORD, B.C. – Jeff Malott’s 18th goal of the season was the overtime winner and the Manitoba Moose beat the Abbotsford Canucks in the American Hockey League on Tuesday.
Devante Stephen scored the lone goal for the Canucks.
C.J. Seuss replied to tie it up in the first period for the Moose on the first night of their seven-game road wing. The game went goalless until the extra period.
Arvid Holm turned away 19 shots for Manitoba (31-17-2-2), winners of six of their last 10 games. Michael DiPietro made 24 saves for Abbotsford (26-19-4-1).
