WEST KELOWNA – RCMP have confirmed the 17-year-old girl reported missing has been located safe and sound. All personal information has been removed from this article.

WEST KELOWNA – RCMP are asking for your help to find a West Kelowna teenager missing since last week.

The 17-year-old was last seen in downtown Kelowna around 3:45 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 3, according to a media release.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Richter is urged to contact their local RCMP detachment or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
