Jumping onto a moving vehicle is something you see in action movies all the time.
Doing it in real life would be extremely dangerous, but deputy Todd Volk with the Madison County Sheriff's Office in Illinois does just that.
He jumps on the cab of a moving truck, opens the door and stops the rig while the driver is having a medical emergency.
The whole rescue was caught by the dash cam on one of the responding police cars.
