KAMLOOPS – The B.C. Coroners Service has identified the man who died while working at Inland Glass and Aluminum earlier this week.
He was Reegan Joachim Winofsky, 23, of Kamloops.
Regional coroner Larry Marzinzik says Winofsky experienced a medical event which left him unresponsive around 7:30 a.m., Jan. 11. Co-workers witnessed the incident, Marzinzik says in a release.
Emergency response personnel rushed to the scene but were unable to resuscitate Winofsky.
The coroners service, WorkSafe B.C. and RCMP continue to investigate his death.
