Debate No. 2 for Obama, Romney begins in New York before undecided voters
HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. – The second presidential debate is under way.
President Barack Obama and Republican rival Mitt Romney are squaring off for the second of three planned debates.
They’re appearing in Hempstead, New York, with undecided voters asking questions.
It’s a nationally televised town hall-style encounter exactly three weeks before Election Day.
