Serious car crash on Highway 33 in Kelowna

KELOWNA – Two cars crashed in the intersection of Highway 33 and Hollywood Road in Rutland this morning.

The crash between a sedan and a pickup happened around 8 a.m., Jan. 17, according to the Kelowna Fire Department. Both vehicles were badly damaged.

One person was injured, according to an unconfirmed witnesses report.

RCMP are investigating.
