UPDATE: Missing Okanagan woman located

UPDATE 2:49 P.M. JAN. 26, 2016

Lumby RCMP report the 24-year-old woman has been in touch with her family and she is no longer missing. All personal information has been removed from this story.

6:30 A.M. JAN. 22, 2016

VERNON – Police are searching for a missing North Okanagan woman.

She was last heard from by her family Jan. 1 and reported missing to the RCMP Jan. 20.

Police say inquiries were made at all locations she is known to frequent and to date she has not been located.

Anyone with information about her or her current whereabouts is asked to call the nearest RCMP detachment or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
