Kevin Hart and Just For Laughs invite comedy creators to pitch pilot ideas
MONTREAL – Comedy star Kevin Hart will be on the hunt for fresh comedic talent in Montreal.
The “Ride Along” star is teaming up with Just For Laughs to present “Kevin Hart’s Laugh Out Loud Network Pitch Panel,” taking place July 28.
Up to 10 finalists will be offered two minutes to pitch their best pilot idea to Hart and his team.
Winning ideas could land a slot on Hart’s Laugh Out Loud comedy platform, an online streaming service set to launch next year.
The over-the-top service will feature original scripted and unscripted series, along with shows starring up-and-coming comedians and social media stars.
Applicants are asked to submit a one-page outline to industry@hahaha.com by July 13.
