OSOYOOS – Someone spray painted the concession building at Gyro Beach in Osoyoos and started a fire one of the washrooms early this morning, and the RCMP would like your help to find the suspects.
Cpl. Jason Bayda says firefighters and police officers were called to the concession building during the early morning hours today, Jan. 29, to find it spray painted with graffitti and a fire burning in the men's public washroom.
The concession building suffered a significant amount of smoke damage, Bayda says in a media release.
Police are hoping someone can identify the tags.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Osoyoos RCMP detachment at 250-495-7236, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 if they wish to remain anonymous.
