How to file your ICBC claim after the storm

[byline]

KAMLOOPS – ICBC is asking for patience as it deals with potentially hundreds of vehicle damage claims from customers.

If you have a claim as a result of the storm you can either report it online at ICBC's website or contact ICBC Kamloops at 250-374-5335 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

"We are currently working to make sure that we can process these claims as quickly and efficiently as possible," says ICBC's Lindsay Olsen. "We are asking customers to be patient as we do not know how many claims we’ll be dealing with at this time."
