Man arrested in B.C. days after police uncover remains in Alberta
NANAIMO, B.C. – A man wanted in an Alberta murder has been arrested in Nanaimo, B.C.
Police say 30-year-old Tommy Paul was spotted by plainclothes officers on Wednesday while he was riding a bike.
RCMP say Paul was wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant in connection with the death of 25-year-old Adrian Snider.
Paul is the third person to be arrested after investigators found human remains in a rural area near Grande Prairie, Alta.
Edmonton police say they are believed to be those of Snider, who was last seen by his family on March 6 though he was not reported missing until March 30.
Police say 29-year-old Patrick Decque and 27-year-old Dominic Decque have been charged with murder and are expected in court on May 25.
