Car hits cyclist who was riding along the sidewalk
KAMLOOPS – A cyclist attempting to navigate along the sidewalk next to Tranquille Road was struck by a car leaving a parking lot today.
The accident happened about 11:15 a.m. The cyclist was taken to Royal Inland Hospital with minor injuries.
The accident is under investigation to determine if either party will be ticketed.
