CLEMENTON, N.J. – Police say five pedestrians who were struck by a vehicle in New Jersey weren’t seriously injured.
Clementon police Sgt. Robert Worrick tells NJ.com they were walking along a curve in the road Monday night in Clementon, outside Philadelphia, when they were struck. The pedestrians ranged in age from 4 to 32. They were taken to hospitals.
He said it was an apparent accident and the driver remained at the scene. He said there was no sign of intoxication and no charges have been filed. The investigation continues.
