Clarification: Colorado Helicopter Crash-Settlement story

DENVER – In a story Feb. 1 about a $100 million settlement over a 2015 medical helicopter crash in Frisco, Colorado, The Associated Press reported that the National Transportation Safety Board concluded that the pilot had turned off a switch that cut hydraulic pressure to the tail rotor. The story should also have reported that the NTSB said the helicopter did not have an alert to tell the pilot that the hydraulic pressure had not been restored, and that an alert might have prompted the pilot to reset the switch.
