NEW YORK – The CBS All Access digital subscription service is now available in Canada.
The direct-to-consumer, video-on-demand service launched Monday on this side of the border.
CBS says this is the beginning of an international expansion of the service, which costs C$5.99 per month.
The platform delivers commercial-free, full seasons of current primetime programs and daytime and late-night CBS shows.
Programming currently available on the service includes “NCIS,” “Bull” and “Seal Team.”
New episodes are available seven days after they are broadcast.
The service also has some original CBS All Access series, including the first season of “The Good Fight.”
Also available are entire previous seasons of certain programming, classic shows and access to the CBSN news service.
The original series “Star Trek: Discovery” will not be on CBS All Access in Canada as it is under exclusive licence with Bell.
The service is available in Canada at cbsallaccess.ca, on iOS and Android mobile and tablet devices, and on Apple TV and Chromecast.
It will launch on other connected devices in Canada in the coming months.
CBS All Access first launched in the U.S. in October 2014.
