Celebrated London revival of Arthur Miller’s ‘A View From the Bridge’ is heading to Broadway

NEW YORK, N.Y. – A bold, pared-down revival of “A View From the Bridge” is coming to Broadway after a successful London run.

The Arthur Miller revival led by director Ivo van Hove will play at the Lyceum Theatre this fall. Previews begin Oct. 21 with an opening night set for Nov. 12.

The production at the Young Vic won three Olivier Awards, including best revival, best director and best actor for Mark Strong, who plays Eddie Carbone, an Italian-American longshoreman who becomes jealously fixated on his niece.

Strong will also make the jump to Broadway, along with Nicola Walker, Phoebe Fox, Emun Elliott and Michael Gould.

The producers are Scott Rudin and Lincoln Center Theater.
