Penticton warehouse hit by cheese burglars again
PENTICTON – Penticton’s ice cream bandits have struck again.
Or maybe it's a case of lactose larceny.
For the second time this month, Newstead Distribution Warehouse was the target of a break and enter where fresh and frozen dairy products were taken from the warehouse, located at 1860 Government St. in Penticton.
Thieves scooped cheese, chocolate milk, ice cream and a Mastercraft air compressor from the business sometime overnight on Sunday, March 27, Penticton RCMP media spokesperson Cpl. Don Wrigglesworth says.
