Bridge-jumping Coldstream man identified by coroners

REVELSTOKE – A 28-year-old Coldstream man has been identified after he died cliff jumping in Revelstoke July 30.

The B.C. Coroners Service says Kody Skye Greveling was with friends jumping off Laforme Creek Bridge into Revelstoke Lake.

"Mr. Greveling jumped from the bridge deck about 25 metres into the water, but on one such jump, he failed to resurface," Coroner Barb McLintock says. "An immediate search by his companions and emergency services personnel was unsuccessful."

He was found the next day with an RCMP underwater camera 20 metres from show in about 12 metres of water.
