Advance voting opens today for Westside Kelowna byelection
KELOWNA – If you've got vacation plans next week now is the time to cast your vote in the Westside Kelowna byelection.
Advance voting opens today and will continue until Saturday, July 6th. Voting stations are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the following locations:
– Emmanuel Church, 2600 Hebert Rd, West Kelowna
– Grace Baptist Church, 1150 Glenmore Dr, Kelowna
– St. Pius X Church Hall, 1077 Fuller Ave, Kelowna
– Super 8 West Kelowna Hotel, 1655 Westgate Rd, West Kelowna
Don't forget to bring ID to prove your identity and the address of your residence.
General voting takes place next Wednesday July 10th, but Westside-Kelowna constituents have a couple other options to get their votes in during the busy summer season.
The district electoral office located at #125 – 3011 Louie Dr. in West Kelowna will be open until the general voting. And if you're out of town you can request a Vote By Mail package from either the district electoral office or Elections B.C.
