Six arrests during early morning RCMP drug raid in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS – Police executed search warrants at two homes on the North Shore in Kamloops early this morning, making six arrests and seizing an assortment of drugs.

RCMP say heavily armed officers and a police dog raided two “problem residences” this morning, May 6, seizing cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine.

Police aren’t saying how much of each drug was found or the exact location of the residences.

Six people were arrested, but only a 41-year-old man is being held in custody to face charges of possession and trafficking.
