Police seek knife-wielding Kelowna convenience store robber

KELOWNA – Mounties are looking for a man who flashed a knife before robbing a 7-Eleven store early this morning.

Kelowna RCMP say at 3:52 a.m. today, May 17, a man entered the store at Bernard Avenue and Gordon Drive, asked for cigarettes and lottery tickets from the lone clerk, then pulled the knife and demanded the till before fleeing. The clerk was not injured. 

The suspect is described as a Caucasian man with a darker complexion, aged 35 to 45 years old, with a light brown goatee, hazel eyes, 5'9" tall and wearing a dark coloured hoodie and T-shirt with a picture of a woman's face.
