West Kelowna bylaw service now seven days a week through summer

WEST KELOWNA – Bylaw Enforcement assistance will be offered seven days a week in West Kelowna starting this May long weekend.

From May 21 through the September long weekend, the Bylaw Enforcement Department will take calls at 778-797-8810 seven days a week, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Calls made after hours will be forwarded to an automated messaging system for follow up the next business day.

The Service is being expanded in the summer months to respond to increased call volumes which typically occur during the peak tourism season between the Victoria Day and Labour Day long weekends.

New this year, Bylaw Enforcement Officers will conduct bicycle patrols of West Kelowna’s waterfront.

Watch for Bylaw Officers making the rounds on the waterfront, keeping our parks safe for all to enjoy.
