Kamloops Music in the Park line ups announced

KAMLOOPS – The City of Kamloops and B.C. Lottery Corporation are teaming up for the 23rd Music in the Park at Riverside Park.

Residents and tourists will be able to attend 62 free evening performances, from July 1 to Aug. 31, showcasing a variety of talented artists.

The Lottery Corporation, in partnership with Country 103, will also host the 3rd annual Midsummer Music Jam on Tuesday, July 26.

Music in the Park coordinator Henry Small is excited to present another summer of entertainers and music every night of the week at Riverside Park.

"I want to invite our community and our out of town friends to come and enjoy the longest running series of its kind in North America," Small says in a media release.

McDonald Park’s Music in the Park is on Fridays starting July 8 with country artist Bobby Gracia from Merritt and runs until Aug. 26 with two local stars Nicole Clay and Caitlin Goulet. The Friday evening performances are at the Gazebo starting at 7 p.m.
