Not the recommended method of getting a bear out of a dumpster, but in this case it worked.

Boatskier1 took a pretty calm approach to getting the bear out of the garbage bin at his building in Steamboat Spring, Colorado saying, "hey bear, yeah you, get outta here."

And surprisingly, it worked.
