KELOWNA – A dead body has been found in the woods on Black Mountain in Kelowna this afternoon.

RCMP Const. Jesse O'Donaghey says police are currently on scene after a body was found in an "undeveloped area" on Black Mountain just before 2 p.m., June 20.

"The Kelowna RCMP are now confirming that the deceased body is that of a woman," O'Donaghey said in a release Tuesday. "The RCMP continue to work closely with the B.C.
