Oliver RCMP need help identifying robbery suspects

OLIVER – RCMP are looking to identify two men following a store robbery on July 30 in Oliver.

The men allegedly stole a 32 inch television from the store and left in an older model white Jeep Cherokee with a female driver. No licence plate was recorded.

The first suspect is described as a Caucasian male with short dark hair and clean shaven. He had a full sleeve tattoo on his left arm, and a tattoo on his inner right arm. He is approximately 5 foot 8 inches and 190 – 210 pounds.

The second suspect is also a Caucasian male with short dark hair and a tattoo on his left arm. He is approximately 5 foot 10 inches and weighs 200 – 220 pounds.

Police ask anyone with information regarding the suspects identity to call the Oliver RCMP Detachment at 250-498-3422 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).

    Just one other thing Meaghan, this by definition was a “theft” not a “robbery” unless these suspects were armed or did violence in which case it was a robbery. Just clarification of legal terminology.

    It might help people make a connection if they knew what store was involved. Easier to recall events if you can picture a place.
