Pastafarian Obi Canuel of Surrey is fighting ICBC for his right to wear religious headgear.

Canuel is an ordained minister in the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, according to his YouTube video documenting his battle with the insurance corporation.

The satarical church was created almost a decade ago to rally against creationism and intelligent design.
