Vernon man on bail for drug dealing busted again for drug dealing

A Vernon man out on bail for drug trafficking offences has been busted for having meth, cocaine and fentanyl on him.

According to a Vernon North Okanagan RCMP media release, 31-year-old David Lee MacIntosh was out on bail for drug trafficking when police spotted him on Feb. 8.

He'd been out on bail for two weeks when police noticed he was breaching his release conditions by being out in the community.

He was arrested without incident and searched. RCMP officers then found quantities of suspected methamphetamines, cocaine and fentanyl.

MacIntosh is now back in jail facing new charges for failing to comply with a release order, driving while prohibited and three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

He will remain in custody until his next court appearance Feb. 15.
