Parking limited at Parkinson Recreation Centre this weekend

KELOWNA – From July 8 to 10, there will be higher volumes of traffic using the Parkinson Recreation Centre parking lot for the 2016 Pickleball Canada National Tournament. Approximately 60 stalls will be allocated to event attendees at the Recreation Centre with the rest of the parking designated at the Basil Meikle tennis courts and the parking lot beside the Apple Bowl Stadium.

While there is a parking management plan in place, a number of summer programs are also set to begin this weekend. Those heading to the Parkinson Recreation Centre this weekend should plan ahead and give themselves a few extra minutes to park and arrive on time for classes.
