Edmonton Elks sign Canadian defensive back Hakeem Johnson
EDMONTON – The Edmonton Elks signed Canadian defensive back Hakeem Johnson on Friday.
Johnson, 28, of Brampton, Ont., had seven tackles in 16 regular-season games last year with B.C.
Johnson spent the last three seasons with the Lions, registering 18 tackles, nine special-teams tackles and an interception in 38 regular-season contests.
