Alanis Morissette welcomes baby girl Onyx on social media
LOS ANGELES – Alanis Morissette is sharing pictures of her baby girl on social media.
The singer posted a photo of her new daughter on Twitter and Instagram Friday with the caption, "She's here!" and the hashtag "#BeyondBlessed."
The post says baby Onyx Solace Morissette-Treadway was born June 23. This is the second child for Morissette and her husband, rapper Mario Treadway, who performs under the stage name Souleye. Their son, Ever, is 5.
On June 30, Morissette shared a photo of her naked, pregnant body underwater. She quoted her son in the caption, writing, "you have to be extra gentle around ladies because they are the most helpful people in the world 'cause they make persons."
