LANGLEY, B.C. – Olen Zellweger had his second goal of the night in overtime as the Kamloops Blazers edged the Vancouver Giants 5-4 on Thursday in Western Hockey League playoff action.
Kamloops swept the best-of-seven series in four games.
Ryan Hofer also scored twice for the Blazers and Connor Levis added a goal.
Goalie Dylan Ernst made 31 saves for the win.
Ty Thorpe had a hat trick for Vancouver and Skyler Bruce also scored.
Giants goaltender Jesper Vikman stopped 62 shots.
