These two luxurious Okanagan homes can be won through a lottery

A home in Kelowna and another in West Kelowna are up for grabs through this year’s Hometown Heroes Lottery.

The two Okanagan properties are among nine grand prizes, and both are worth $2.4 million, according to the Heroes Lottery website

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home on Lakeshore Road in Kelowna comes with 1,380 square feet of space. It's expected to be built by the fall of 2025.

“Imagine an unmatched lakeside lifestyle with iconic Okanagan views,” the prize details read. “What could be more compelling than being surrounded by orchards, wineries, arts and culture, beachfront parks and unlimited recreation?”

The 2,511-square-foot property in West Kelowna will be built on Old Ferry Road at Westrich Bay. It has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and is expected to become available by July 2025.

“Begin each day waking up with sensational views of Okanagan Lake from your very own 588 square foot private rooftop terrace,” the prize details say. “This show stopping home also includes a hot tub and two-car garage.”

Proceeds benefit the British Columbia Professional Fire Fighters – Burn Fund as well as the Vancouver General Hospital and UBC Hospital Foundation.

Ticket prices start at three for $75 and can be purchased through the Hometown Heroes website here.
