South Okanagan RCMP ask for help to find missing Mexican national

A 30-year-old man from Mexico, who’s been in Canada for a month, has gone missing and Osoyoos RCMP are asking for the public’s help to find him.

Carlos Aranda Burgoin was last seen Friday, July 7, in Osoyoos, according to an RCMP media release.

RCMP are very concerned for his health and well being, and his friends and family say it’s out of character for him to be out of contact for this long.

Burgoin is a Mexican national and has only been in the country of a month.

RCMP describe him as a Hispanic male, 30 years old, 5’10” tall, 150 lb. with brown hair, a brown beard, brown eyes and a mole on his neck. He was last seen wearing grey pants, a green and black hoodie and black runners.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact their local police, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
