Video shows skateboarders racing through suburban Kamloops

KAMLOOPS – A recently posted Youtube video shows a group of skateboarders barrelling down hills in suburban Kamloops.

In it, skaters, mostly on longboards, go through parkland before moving on to roads in Sahali and Juniper Ridge.

The video, posted July 13, shows the group racing, a couple crashes and some of the group's, er, other activites. It is titled Getting’ Loopy (in Kamloops) and was uploaded by a user named Marcel Robert who has other videos on Youtube of downhill long boarding around the province.
