Weekend film production may cause minor delays

KELOWNA – Production crews will be setting up in various locations throughout Kelowna this weekend filming and taking photos. While no road closures will be in place, it may cause some minor traffic delays.

From 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, parking stalls in the Queensway parking lot will be blocked off and used exclusively for filming. On Sunday, July 24 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. there will be single lane road closures on Saucier Road and Takla Road. At least one lane will remain open at all times during filming.

Motorists are asked to plan their route accordingly to avoid delays.
