Clarification: Election Hacking story

WASHINGTON – In a story Sept. 14, The Associated Press reported Michael Chertoff was the Homeland Security secretary under George W. Bush and Barack Obama. Chertoff served under Bush and resigned one day after Obama was inaugurated.
