RCMP searching for wanted woman who may be in South Okanagan

BC Highway Patrol in Keremeos is searching for a wanted 48-year-old woman.

Michelle Babette Lawrence is wanted on several warrants for driving while prohibited and obstruction, according to a press release from RCMP.

Lawrence has brown hair and brown eyes. She has a mole on her left eyelid and cheek, and is roughly 5’8", weighing around 200 lb.

Lawrence’s last known residence is in Osoyoos but police say she frequently visits other cities in the Okanagan.

RCMP asks if you see Lawrence please do not confront her. Anyone with information about her or her whereabouts is asked to contact RCMP through their local non-emergency number.
