Baldy Mountain Resort sale finalized
PENTICTON – The sale of a South Okanagan ski resort is now complete.
Baldy Mountain Resort closed the deal with receiver G-Force Group yesterday, July 28, following approval from the B.C. Supreme Court for the sale on June 27.
The ski resort, located east of Oliver, has struggled over the past three years to find a new owner, operating in only one of those three seasons.
Baldy Mountain Resort will be the third resort revitalization for managing director Joey O’Brien. He says plans are already underway to prepare the resort for this year’s upcoming ski season.
