Half of the Insane Clown Posse coming to Vernon

Joseph William Utsler, better known as Shaggy 2 Dope from Insane Clown Posse, is coming to Vernon.

Shaggy 2 Dope’s show is set for 7 p.m. on April 17 at Status Nightclub.

The show is part of the Canadian leg of the "Quest for the Ultimate Groove" tour.

He’s best known for his hits with Insane Clown Posse counterpart Violent J, and the rap duo’s hardcore fans who call themselves juggalos and juggalettes. 

The duo also started their own record label called Psychopathic Records that organizes Juggalo Championship Wrestling matches.

Regular tickets are $37 but fans can pay $140 for a VIP meet and greet with the rapper.
