LUMBY – A joyrider lost control of a Dodge Charger he was driving, skidding across a lawn in the 200 block of Whitevale Road before abandoning the car in the early hours Monday morning.
When police arrived around 4 a.m., the car was still running however the driver was not located. The owner says the car was stolen when it was left idling in front of his home in Lumby.
"The vehicle is a complete write-off," RCMP Corp. Proce stated in a press release.
Anyone with information can contact Lumby RCMP or Crime Stoppers
