Crime Stoppers most wanted: Falon Gretta Olivia Azak

Crime Stoppers is asking the public’s assistance in locating the following female who is wanted on a province-wide warrant as of July 22, 2013. 

Falon Gretta Olivia Azak (DOB 1983-05-29) is wanted for one count of breach of conditional sentence order.  Azak is described as a 30-year-old native female, 5’6” tall and 186 lbs.  She has black hair and brown eyes.  Crime Stoppers will pay cash for information leading to the arrest of this suspect.
