Edmonton Oilers defenceman Justin Schultz out up to a month with a back injury
EDMONTON – Edmonton Oilers defenceman Justin Schultz will miss two to four weeks with a back injury, the club announced Thursday.
The 25-year-old left early in the second period of Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Kings and did not return.
Schultz has one assist and a minus-6 rating through nine games this season.
In 212 career games with the Oilers, the Kelowna, B.C., native has 25 goals and 67 assists.
