Two men charged after Good Samaritan robbed on side of Vancouver road

VANCOUVER – Two men are facing charges after Vancouver police say a Good Samaritan was robbed in the city’s east side.

It happened Friday evening.

Police say the man was robbed at knife point after pulling over to help the two occupants of a vehicle that appeared to be broken-down on the side of the road.

The suspects fled without injuring their helpful victim.

Investigators say two men in their twenties were later arrested in the Metro Vancouver city of Surrey and charged with robbery.
