A week of summer-like weather on the way for the Okanagan

OKANAGAN – Environment Canada is giving everyone in the Okanagan a reason to smile today. This week's forecast calls for sunny skies and well above normal temperatures for this time of year.

Expect sunshine today with a high of 20 Celsius. Look out for frost overnight with the mercury expected to drop to 3 C.

More sunshine tomorrow with a high of around 22 C. It will get chilly again overnight with an expected low of 4 C.

Wednesday will be much the same with sunny skies and a high of about 25 C.

Thursday is expected to be the warmest day of the week with a forecast high of 26 C.

For Friday, sunshine and a high of 25 C.

Normal temperatures for this time of year are highs of 20 C and lows of  9 C.
