COM DEV International Ltd. (TSX:CDV). Technology. Up 64 cents, or 11.96 per cent, to $5.99 on 8.7 million shares.
Yamana Gold Inc. (TSX:YRI). Miner. Down 15 cents, or 5.88 per cent, to $2.40 on 5.2 million shares.
Barrick Gold Corp. (TSX:ABX). Miner. Down 32 cents, or 3.30 per cent, to $9.38 on five million shares.
B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down one cent, or 0.72 per cent, to $1.37 on 4.8 million shares.

TransCanada Corp. (TSX:TRP). Oil and gas. Down $1.93, or 4.27 per cent, to $43.32 on 2.8 million shares. U.S. President Barack Obama announced he rejected TransCanada’s application to build the Keystone XL pipeline, capping a seven-year saga that became an environmental flashpoint in both Canada and the U.S. The $8-billion project was to designed to carry oil from Alberta’s oilsands to specialized refineries along the Texas Gulf Coast.
BlackBerry Ltd. (TSX:BB). Wireless communications. Up 65 cents, or 6.50 per cent, to $10.65 on 2.3 million shares. With BlackBerry’s latest smartphone now on store shelves the question turns to whether consumers will be convinced to carry it in their pockets. The Waterloo, Ont.-based technology company is reaching for mainstream audiences for the first time in years with the BlackBerry Priv smartphone.
