Rain and cooler weather for the weekend in the Okanagan

OKANAGAN – A bleak weather forecast from Environment Canada calls for rain all day Saturday and Sunday.

Today, Sept. 15, should bring plenty of sun and a high of about 25 Celsius. The average temperature for this time of year is 20 C.

Expect sun in the morning tomorrow, with clouds rolling in later in the afternoon. Friday's high should reach 25 C, and drop to 14 C overnight.

Saturday doesn't look promising. Plan for rain and a high of 20 C. The low is expected to drop to 10 C overnight and the periods of rain will continue.

Sunday isn't much better, with an expected high of 19 C and periods of rain during the day. Rain will continue overnight with a low of 5 C.

Next week will start with a mix of sun and clouds and a high of 18 C on Monday.
