UPDATE: North Shore death not suspicious

KAMLOOPS – The man who was found dead on the North Shore this past weekend has been identified.

RCMP say the man was found lying face down on the ground in the 100 block of Tranquille Road around 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 17.

The man was in his early 20s and is from Kamloops, according to a RCMP media release. His name has not been released.

Police say their investigation turned up nothing supsicious and the file has been handed over to the B.C. Coroners Service.
